About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the aeonlasers.ie website and, together with any written quotation and order confirmation we provide, to the sale of our products. The website is operated by BKLD Distribution, trading as Aeon Lasers Ireland, 469 South Circular Road, Rialto, Dublin 8. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to enquire about and order our products. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair it. The content on this site, including text, images and machine specifications, is provided for information; product specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and may be subject to change or configuration.
Quotations and orders
Prices and availability are provided by written quotation, valid for the period stated on the quotation. A quotation is not an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed by us. An order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, receive your deposit. We reserve the right to decline an order.
Delivery, installation and training
Where our quotation includes delivery, installation, commissioning and training, we will arrange these with you following a site check. You are responsible for ensuring suitable access, power and extraction are in place as advised. Delivery timescales are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed.
Payment
Payment terms are as set out on your quotation and order confirmation, including any deposit and the balance due. Title to the goods remains with us until we have received payment in full.
Warranty
Our machines are covered by the warranty set out on our Terms of Warranty page. Please read that page for what is covered, for how long, and what to do if you need support.
Returns and cancellation
Your rights to return or cancel an order are set out on our Return Policy page, along with your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
Our liability
We stand behind our products and our service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your failure to install, operate or maintain a machine in accordance with our guidance and the manufacturer’s instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Nothing in these terms affects a consumer’s statutory rights.
Safe use
Our machines are Class 1 laser products and must be used in accordance with the safety guidance and manufacturer instructions provided. You are responsible for safe operation, appropriate extraction, and for ensuring anyone using the machine is suitably instructed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
